Nigel taught us all about bees and beekeeping and it was a truly amazing experience! We each got the chance to put on a bee suit and see them up close. An absolutely fascinating world! If you've never learned about bees and the life of a beekeeper, we highly recommend you do. It's magical. 🐝💫

This golden honey comes from the hives on the foothills of the Mourne Mountains (situated on Alix's cottage land) - the bees feast on the mountain heather, clover, and wildflowers! It really is delicious...
