Dark Zesty Cardamon and Coffee Dark Chocolate Bar from our friends Bean & Goose in Wexford.
This bar is inspired by travel & experiencing the unforgettable aromatic taste of bitter coffee paired with citrus & spice. The coffee is from Two Fifty Square, specialty coffee roasters in Dublin. It is fully traceable single estate Nicaraguan coffee. They heighten its bright & citrusy flavour with a hint of freshly ground cardamom & add it to their dark chocolate. Chef's kiss!
