This one might have been inspired by a sunny campsite moment with a jalapeño laden taco in one hand and a peach infused beer in the other… Think that sweet flavour of grilled peaches served up with lamb, pork, halloumi, burrata… I could go on! Can be used as a rub/marinade for cooking, or as a seasoning to finish off dishes.
